This hotel offers well furnished and good sized rooms with a good AC system as well as the double bed.

The room is extremely small.

The attention to detail at this hotel is fantastic, from the cozy rooms in the back overlooking the garden for a nice view of the city, to the separate sitting space that adds a touch of luxury. The basic amenities provided are of great value for money, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The location of the hotel, although off centre and on a steep hillside, adds to its charm, making it a perfect base for exploring the historic sites of this delightful town. Additionally, the breakfast offered is delicious and satisfying.

Charming hotel!

- It's very noisy! You hear everything that is going on on your floor. Guests know this, and try to be silent, but when the cleaning staff starts at 6.30 am you know all about their plans for the weekend. - the rooms are too small.

Lovely hotel. Very nice staff. Beautiful view of church from our room. Enjoyed the woodfired breakfast. Brazil is very expensive so I couldn't give the value high marks but that is no fault of the hotel.

The hotel's location is wonderful, situated on a steep hillside with easy access to all the historical buildings in the downtown area. The staff at this hotel is warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The rooms in the back overlooking the garden are beautifully furnished with unique restored furniture, creating a charming and comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast at this hotel is truly a feast of traditional mineira cuisine, served around a traditional wood stove. It felt like a visit to my grandmother's house in the countryside.

Location and facilities. Very nice common areas and a very good restaurant.

Our room was a bit of disapointment. for the price we paid. Very small and basic. The AC seemed to be new , but it still was very noicy. No view.

Very charming Posada in historic center of Ouro Preto + (Positive) Very good location. 10 minutes walking distance, main street, to main historical sites to visit. Nicely decorated and clean rooms. Bed very confortable. Recommend you ask for rooms not facing the street, (ex. ask for room 223) facing the nice courtyard, on 1st floor. Breakfast: good choice of food. Possibility of free parking. Bathroom ok. Go to restaurant O PASSO Overall hotel is a lovely Posada. I would not hestitate to stay here again. Room Tip: Choose rooms not facing the main street (noisy). We ask to change from room 205 to room 223.

-(Negative) Rooms facing the street are very noisy because of car traffic. Free wifi but very very slow. Aircon can be noisy and inconvenient at night. Restaurant at evening can be empty (mostly recommend to eat elsewhere).

Fairly clean hotel, fantastic breakfast, beautifully maintained and air conditioned rooms. Extremely comfy beds and central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV. Breakfast with homemade omelettes and known dishes, for instance. Fantastic and stunning location - close to a bus stop. Walking distance to the main shopping center and stores across the street.

Truly enjoyed that the hotel was romantic, comfortable decor in the rooms. Booked a room with nice views of the garden and church. Lovely location, close toa bus stop. We dined at an excellent nearby restaurant with local dishes.

I stayed at a charming and cozy hotel close to the city center. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were outstanding. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast had a good choice of food. Additionally, it was easy to access main historical sites from the hotel.

It was all superb.

This venue is a luxurious escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. With exclusive amenities like an indoor swimming pool, sun terrace, and garden area, it is easy to relax and unwind. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and the room was equipped with exclusive facilities like a Jacuzzi and private terrace. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast with plenty of options, making for a pleasant start to the day.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of beach umbrellas by the outdoor swimming pool. However, this was easily resolved by requesting one from the staff.

We had a great Christmas stay at this historic hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and we especially loved the two complimentary glasses of champagne they offered us. The location was ideal, within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The cozy fireplace in the lobby was a nice touch that added to the overall atmosphere.

Our room was quite small and cramped, with limited space for our luggage or personal items. the walls were thin, and we could hear quite a bit of noise from the neighboring rooms and the street outside, which made it challenging to get a good night's sleep.
